Who we are ?
Novice Co., Ltd. was founded begin of 2008 in Thailand. German
management.
Products: Production of ready-made erotic fashion mainly out of PVC
and (artificial) Leather.
Sales channel:
On ebay and later via own website. Selling also to importers and
retailers.
Quality demands:
Supplying high-value fashion for affordable prices. Flexibility
towards customer requirements.
E.g. size-mix accepted.
Our Experience:
2004 – 2007 import of sexy lingerie from China. Sales via ebay
Germany
(former ebay – name: konkret-handel).
Due to constantly raising problems with the Chinese manufacturers
(rising prices, excessive transportation costs, cheap quality for
material and finishing, wrong sizes, long production time etc. ) we
stopped the business in Germany 2007 to start an own production.
Our requirement is to offer our customers that we had requested from
the former suppliers but never got.
What kind of PVC is used:
No China made.
Tear-resistant, posing no health hazard due to chemical treatment,
stretchy.
Presently we offer, depending on style, stretch PVC and PVC.
Stretch – PVC = 4-way, high stretchy in all directions nearly the
same as latex. (Don’t let fool you with 2-way sold as 4-way).
2-way PVC: thicker and light stretchy in width.
Does the fabric inhabits a chemical smell ?
No. This occurs by using cheap quality material. Exposes a smell
similar tare. These chemicals are harmful. (E.g. formaldehyde)
Sizes:
Our styles are designed according a German size-table. As we offer
our products worldwide, please compare with your local sizes. A
German XL might not be the same as an US XL. But you can choose your
size according the listed measures. Essential towards Asian measures
is the big difference in width and, very important, the different
body length.
Why a size-mix is offered ?
As an alternative to tailor-made for two-piece-sets. There is no
norm for humans. So, manufacturers use size-charts that are suitable
for the majority population of a country / region. There are always
people who are served well with the top of a set but need a skirt,
string, pants etc. one or two sizes bigger or smaller. For those we
offer a size-mix to achieve a most fitting for the whole set.
Up-charge for size-mix ?
NO. The final auction price is also applicable for a size-mix !
If you purchase directly in our ebay-shop the size of the bigger
item of the set must be purchased. The prize for the bigger size
within a size-mix set is applicable.
E.g. You need XL for the top and XXL for the skirt: XXL must be
ordered and we need the message that for the top only XL is needed.
The prize is based on the XXL size.
Why there are different prices for the sizes when I buy directly?
We are calculating our resell prices individually depending on the
costs. As there is more fabric needed for the bigger sizes, we have
to consider this in our calculation.
What do you mean with – original photo?
Based on own negative experience, it is big problem for customers
that a major part of the styles on ebay or online-shops are offered
with a model-photo of the primary manufacturer. The copying
manufacturer (most located in China) offers his styles with these
photos for his products that are very different in shape / quality
of material and finishing. His wholesaler and/or retailer also
offers these items with these photos. Beside the copyright violation
a customer never really know what he will get. We make photos from
our styles with our photo-model.

Generally we ship by post as registered small parcel (up to 2 kg)
This can be offered for an affordable price that is not much higher
than the national shipping in a western country. But, please
consider, that the transit times are longer. According to the Thai
Post Office normally 10 -14 days to the EU or US. It is also
possible that sometimes a parcel needs some days more.
Please bare that in mind when you place your customer feed-back on
ebay. We have no influence on transit times. We ship your item
latest 1 – 2 working days after we have received the payment AND
your message about the required size.
By experience we know that in many cases the needed info about the
required size was forgotten to send. Of course, this leads to delay
for postage.
If you need your item faster we offer the option to ship upon your
request with an express company. Depending on your location the
transit time will be about 2 – 4 days. Although we pass the discount
we receive from the express company to our customers, please
consider the higher cost for shipping.
Import:
Will be there more additional costs for importing ?
Cannot be answered fully. This also depends on the purchase price.
Please check this question with the customs authority (website) in
your country. IMPORTANT: Tax and Duties must be paid by the
consignee !!!! Example: For the EU an import up to equivalent 22,- EUR (price
for item + transport) is tax and duty free. Above 22 EUR to 150,-
EUR duty free but not tax (VAT) free. This amount might be cashed in
by Post or express company. But this does not always happen.
Can the items be declared as gift (no commercial value) or under
a lower value to avoid possible import-fees?
No. We ask for your understanding. We are not a private person.
Return policy: NON-EU
Rules for underwear apply. Please check carefully what size /
size-mix you need. If you received a size / size-mix other than
ordered or if you received a defective item or if you have any other
complains, please contact us.
In general applies: Shipping cost for return out of reasons others
than above mentioned must be paid by the customer.
Exceptions must be agreed in advance !

Wer wir sind:
Novice Co., Ltd. wurde Anfang 2008 in Thailand gegründet. Deutsches
Management.
Produktion: Herstellung von hochwertiger Erotikbekleidung
vornehmlich aus Lack und (Kunst-) Leder.
Vertriebsweg:
ebay und später über eigene Webseite. Verkauf auch an Händler.
Qualitätsanspruch:
Lieferung hochwertiger Waren zu bezahlbaren Preisen. Flexibilität
gegenüber Kundenwünschen.
(Bsp: Größenmix möglich).
Erfahrung:
Von 2004 - 2007 Import von Erotikbekleidung aus China. Vertrieb über
ebay Deutschland
(ehemaliger ebay-name: konkret-handel)
Wurde wegen immer größer werdender Probleme mit chinesischen
Herstellern (steigende Preise, überhöhte Transportkosten,
Billigqualität bei Material und Verarbeitung, falsche Größen, ewige
Lieferzeiten etc.) in 2007 eingestellt, um eine eigene Produktion
aufzubauen.
Unser Anspruch ist es, unseren Kunden das zu bieten, was wir uns von
den früheren Lieferanten gewünsch , aber nie bekommen haben.
Welches PVC wird verwendet ?
Keine Chinaware.
Reissfest, nicht gesundheitsschädlich, dehnbar.
Zur Zeit bieten wir, je nach Eignung für das jeweilige Modell,
Stretchlack und Lack an.
Stretchlack = 4-Wege Stretch (latexähnlich), das heisst, nach allen
Richtungen stark dehnbar und hauteng.
2-Wege Lack: in der Weite leicht dehnbar.
Riecht das Material nach Formaldehyd o.ä.?
Nein. Dies kommt bei Billigmaterial vor. Äussert sich in einem
teerartigen Geruch. Diese Chemicalien sind gesundheitsschädlich.
Größen:
Die Modelle werden nach einer deutschen Größentabelle gefertigt. Da
wir weltweit anbieten, bitte mit der Größentabelle für das jeweilige
Land vergleichen. Wesentlich gegenüber asiatischen Maßen ist auch,
dass die Köperlängen berücksichtigt sind.
Warum wird ein Größenmix angeboten ?
Als Alternative zur Maßanfertigung bei 2-Teilern.
Menschen sind nicht nach Norm. Also verwenden Hersteller
Größentabellen, die auf die Mehrheit der Bevölkerung passen. Es gibt
aber auch Menschen, die zwar mit dem Oberteil einer Größe gut
bedient sind, die aber den Rock, String, Pants etc. ein oder zwei
Nummern größer oder kleiner benötigen. Dafür wird dieser Mix
angeboten, um auch hier eine möglichst optimale Passform für das
gesammte Set zu erreichen.
Aufpreis für Größenmix?
Nein. Bei einer Auktion gilt der Ersteigerungspreis auch für den
eventuellen Größenmix.
Bei einem Erwerb über unser Shop muss die Größe des größeren Teils
bestellt werden. Es gilt dann der Verkaufspreis für die größere
Größe.
Z.B.: Benötigt wird XL für das Top und XXL für den Rock: Bestellt
werden muss XXL mit der Mitteilung , daß für das Top nur XL benötigt
wird. Der Preis wird für die Größe XXL berrechnet.
Warum gibt es unterschiedliche Preise im Shop für die Größen ?
Wir kalkulieren unsere Preise individuell nach Aufwand. Da der
Materialverbrauch für die einzelnen Größen sehr unterschiedlich ist,
müssen wir das beim Endverkaufspreis berücksichtigen.
Fotos: Was heisst Originalfoto?
Ein Problem für Käufer liegt darin, dass ein großer Teil der auf
ebay und Internetshops angebotenen Modelle mit einem Foto des
ursprünglichen Herstellers angeboten werden. Der tatsächliche
Hersteller (meist China) verwendet dann die Fotos für seine Produkte,
die dann erheblich abweichen. Die Fotos werden dann wieder von
seinen Händlern verwendet. Abgesehen vom Copyrightverstoß ein großes
Problem auch für Wiederverkäufer, die nach Homepage bestellen.
Wir machen eigene Fotos mit unseren Modellen und unserer Ware.

Grundsätzlich versenden wir mit der Post die Waren aus Thailand als
eingeschriebenes Päckchen. Das kann zu Kosten angeboten werden, die
nur geringfügig über dem nationalen Paketversand liegen. Die
Laufzeiten sind allerdings länger. Nach Auskunft der thailändischen
Post i.d.R. ca 10 – 14 Tage, aber es kann auch vorkommen, dass ein
Päckchen auch mal etwas länger als 2 Wochen benötigt.
Wir bitten unsere Kunden, dies unbedingt zu berücksichtigen und
nicht die Laufzeit, auf die wir keinen Einfluss haben, in die
Bewertung mit einzubeziehen. Die Versendung erfolgt umgehend nach
Zahlungseingang UND dem Eingang des mails mit der Größenmitteilung!
Also, bitte auch hier bei der Bewertung Rücksicht nehmen. Aus
Erfahrung wissen wir, dass sehr oft vergessen wird, die gewünschte
Größe mitzuteilen. Das führt natürlich dann zu Verzögerungen.
Sie können die ersteigerte/gekaufte Ware auch schneller erhalten.
Wir bieten die Option des Expressversandes an. Wir geben zwar unsere
Versandrabatte des Expressdienstes an unsere Kunden weiter, aber es
entstehen erheblich höhere Kosten. Die Laufzeit beträgt dann, je
nach Zielland, ca. 3 Tage (unverbindlich, da länderspezifisch)
Einfuhr:
Enstehen weitere Kosten bei der Einfuhr in das jeweilige Land ?
Lässt sich nicht pauschal beantworten. Hängt auch sehr vom Kaufpreis
ab. Bitte prüfen Sie diese Frage mit der Zollbehörde Ihres Landes
(Homepage). Z.B. ist die Einfuhr in die EU bis 22,- EUR Zollwert (Warenwert
+ Transport) abgabenfrei. Von 22,- bis 150,- EUR nur zollfrei, aber
es können Steuern i.H. der Mehrwertsteuer anfallen. Wird dann bei
der Auslieferung durch die Post oder das Expressunternehmen kassiert.
Kann als Geschenk oder mit falscher Wertangabe versendet werden,
um Einfuhrabgaben zu vermeiden ?
Nein. Wir bitten hier um Verständnis. Wir sind kein Privatversender.

Widerrufsbelehrung: siehe oben Bitte sehr sorgfältig die benötigte Größe nach den Maßen, gff.
Größenmix, der Größentabelle, bestimmen. Sollten wider erwarten
Qualitätsmängel vorhanden sein oder eine andere als die bestellte
Größe geliefert worden sein, bitten wir, um Kontaktaufnahme.
